What materials are included in PSIP?
PSIP includes two curricula:
- MBSR: 58-page PDF curriculum and six audio tracks (~60 minutes) for mindfulness exercises: Introduction, Body Scan, Guided Meditation I, Guided Meditation II, Working with Thoughts, Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
- PAD: 26-page PDF curriculum and six PowerPoint presentations for group discussion facilitation.
Can individuals purchase PSIP without institutional affiliation?
Yes, individuals can purchase PSIP. Select “Not Applicable” for the “Organization” field during checkout.
How do I claim sales tax exemption?
If you are a tax-exempt institution with a billing and/or shipping address within the state of Tennessee, please complete the Sales Tax Exempt Status Request Form and upload your State or Federal Tax Exempt Certificate for verification. If you already have an account with VU e-Innovations or have placed a previous order, please log in before filling out the Sales Tax Exempt Status Request Form.
Does PSIP offer training or certification?
No formal certification is available. PSIP can be used in peer groups with support from a mental health professional for effective implementation.

What happens after purchasing PSIP?
Upon successful payment, PSIP files are available in the “My premium content” section at vueinnovations.com/premium. Download instructions are emailed to your provided address. Check your spam folder if instructions are not received.
How do I purchase PSIP with a Purchase Order?
To purchase with a Purchase Order (PO):
- Add items to your cart and select Purchase Order as the payment method at checkout.
- Provide the PO number and upload a copy of the PO.
- Click Continue to Review order and Pay and Submit Purchase to complete submission.
- Receive an autogenerated invoice via email with payment instructions (check or wire transfer).

Can I order PSIP on behalf of another user in my organization?
Yes, institutional buyers can order for a licensee within their organization:
- Enter the licensee’s email in the Customer information section for account setup.
- Provide your contact details in the Billing information section.
- Enter the licensee’s details in the Delivery information section.
- For multiple licenses, specify recipients’ emails and names in the Order comments section.

When will I receive my PSIP materials?
PSIP materials are delivered electronically via the “My premium content” section at vueinnovations.com/premium. Access is immediate upon successful payment, with no processing or shipping delays.

How do I access MBSR audio files?
MBSR audio files are available in two formats:
- Aiff files in a Zip folder, extractable and playable in iTunes, VLC, or similar players.
- Individual MP3 files for direct playback.
