- Includes a manual, 5 protocols, 5 response booklets, and 5 score sheets.
- Test Kit option includes one user certification via online tutorial; Materials Only option for trained users excludes certification.
- High sensitivity (83–100%) and specificity (80–95%), validated by Stone et al. (2004).
